We offer for rent this charming, typically Spanish semi-detached house.
Located in a very nice condominium, you will have access to the common area and its very large swimming pool.
In the heart of this space, planted with palm trees, coconut palms, olive trees...
With a built area of 135m², it has a large kitchen-dining-living area, fully open, air-conditioned and very bright, with access to the covered terrace/garden.
In the living room, you will find a 190 cm HD screen with access to French and Spanish channels.
Finally, in the entrance there is a separate toilet.
Upstairs, the night area is composed of 3 bedrooms:
The master suite, air-conditioned, with its own shower room + WC, and access to the terrace which overlooks the garden and pool. The bed is King Size (180cm wide).
A double bedroom, with a 140cm bed and sea view.
A bedroom with 2 single beds (2x 90cm), access to the terrace and ceiling fan.
In the hallway, another air conditioning allows to cool these last two bedrooms.
Finally the first floor has another large bathroom, with bath, toilet, double sink and washing machine (8kgs)
In the garden, fully fenced, the outdoor bar / kitchen will offer you moments full of conviviality with your loved ones! You can also lie down on the sunbeds to sunbathe, or rest in the shade of the large palm tree!
At the front of the house, a beautiful olive tree welcomes you and you can park up to 3 cars.
The house has WiFi, 4 sunbeds, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher and induction hob.
This house accepts your pets, so they're welcome to come on holiday too!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For any cancellation, regardless of the date on which it is communicated to the agency, an administration fee of €70 will be retained.
Depending on the date of cancellation, the refund terms are as follows:
Cancellation more than 60 days before the date of entry: Refund of the full deposit, minus 70€
Cancellation more than 30 days before the date of entry: Refund of half of the deposit, minus 70€
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to entry date: No refund
